Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. However, the return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your expense. These costs are approximately €25.25 per package, please check the exact rates on your courier's website. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us at info@branstore.com. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been received in perfect condition.

For certain products, such as underwear, socks, sale items, exclusive 1+1 offers, or items with discounts of 50% or more, there is no right of return. This is due to hygienic reasons and the high discounts applied to these products. We ask for your understanding regarding these terms.
