What is the delivery time for my order?
Delivery times vary between 6-14 business days. However, most packages arrive a bit faster in the Netherlands! Typically, you will receive your package within 10 business days.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
If the delivery time of 6 - 14 business days has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at (info@branstore.com). We will find out what’s going on with your package.

How do I exchange/return my order?
To make a return, simply contact our customer service at (info@branstore.com). Provide your name, the order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then send you the return address and confirm the return. After this, you can return the product to us using any courier of your choice.

What are the costs for returns?
Returns are unfortunately at your own expense. The costs depend on the courier. Please check the website of the courier you wish to use for more information on the pricing.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is always a 14-day return period. The return period starts from the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions for the return:

  • You can only return the item if:
    • The return period has not yet expired.
    • The product is in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
    • The product is unused.
